The check in portion makes sense, but it is sort of annoying that when you contact Lookers for booking by website or phone that you don't get to speak to somebody from the actual location your using.As usual the Team at Newcastle Nissan lookers are great. They got the issue patched up temporarily, and ordered the parts to fix it proper. And we scheduled the next visit according to my availability. No issues.
