It didn’t work so I called for an appointment

I had a puncture in my tyre, I rang the dealership in Sheildfield who offered to fix it that day. They were very helpful, even though I have RAC breakdown Dan previously who sold us the car in March this year asked me to bring it in. He then arranged for a member of staff to give me a lift back to work.

Everything went smoothly and only took about 20min to change over vehicles and drive away with my car. Salesman was very good at sorting my paperwork with a smooth change over of vehicles ,paperwork, and I was on my way. Only disappointing thing was that there wasn't a wheel jack kit to change wheels and no nissan carpets. On forethought I should have asked when buying the car but didn't look in the boot until after I had arrived home.

Ben Barnes sold me this car. He's a quality salesman and very informative. Didn't pressure me with anything and was very patient. He answered every question and helped me get the best deal. The car itself had everything it needed done to it, they even touched up the little scrapes and were invisible. Highly recommend
