I had a puncture in my tyre, I rang the dealership in Sheildfield who offered to fix it that day. They were very helpful, even though I have RAC breakdown Dan previously who sold us the car in March this year asked me to bring it in. He then arranged for a member of staff to give me a lift back to work.
