Competent handling of enquiry and subsequent servicing/repairs. Good communications approach.

From start to finish the staff have tried their best to be patient with my rambles and weirdness.There have been multiple times where I've misunderstood or not known something during the process and they've quickly assured and corrected me and set me back on the right path.

Car hadn’t been cleaned and polished particularly well before handover with chalk marks still on bodywork and various areas inside which were covered in something like wax. The actual handover itself was fine although certain very pertinent new features were not particularly explained and I didn’t know to ask about them! Also I paid extra to have dash cams fitted and when I’ve checked they are not set up correctly with date and time being years out!

The price on the car was different to the price on the internet, which was different again to the price the staff in store had for the car which made it a little longer than needed with my finance company.Mike Woods was lovely, helpful it was a quick process
