Well organised and efficient. A comfortable 2 hours wait for my repair and health check with complementary coffees. Everyone is friendly and the staff appear to enjoy their jobs, and overall there is a really nice inviting vibe present.

Easy to useAlthough the interraction with staff, and the process were positive, I wasn't informed when the work was completed. I needed to be dropped off at your premises earlier than the 5pm latest collection time because my lift was unavailable later than 3.30pm. When I arrived my car was parked up and ready. That left me wondering what time I'd actually be informed given that when I called at 2pm I was promised a call when it was ready for collection.

Dropped car off on a bank holiday weekend and it was ready the next working day.

Was given all the fiance options some of which I was not aware of and was given time to consider these which helped in my final decision
