Gail was absolutely amazing!I had to bring my son the first time and the last time I came due to not being able to get childcare (and he wasn’t in the best of moods both times!) and she was so understanding and really patient! She helped me in any way she could whether it was pushing my pram, helping me put his car seat in the new car, connected my phone to my car for me and all in all a really nice and welcoming person!The car is beautiful, I love it! It was in spotless condition when I collected it and was ready for me to collect after 4 days! Not to mention the amazing price of it being amazing value for money! Thank you so much again for both my new car and also the most amazing customer service from start to finish! Nothing was ever too much of a bother

Dylan explained was why wasn't available at this time, its a shame as that's one of the things customers look forward to when bringing a car in for a service.
