Full service completed quickly, accommodating with drop off requests. I did notice that one of the steps when checking progress on the readiness of the car was hoovering, however the car didn’t appear to have been hoovered or washed.

Ben the sales lad was amazing .... so easy and effortless buying a car from him .... valeting was poor and horrendous...... dirt all over paint scuffs ..... so abit of a downer .... but the car is amazing and so was Ben.... buy a car off him again any day

There was some confusion at the time I booked the 'service' as the receptionist who took the booking about roof rack rail did not seem to understand what was required, but following direct discussion with Kyle Shore at Newcastle office, he understood what was required and had amended the booking. Everything went well. Though, it would have been better if Nisan design their smaller cars to allow a standard rail to be fixed for roof box, especially there is very little space in the boots!!

Not all equipment working so valet after service not completed, but we were advised of this issue
