From start to finish I felt comfortable with all the information I received and I was pleased with how I was dealt with by Dan and Jordan, buying a new car was easy with the help I received.

Callum provided excellent customer service kerping me updsted throughout the day and sought answers to any queries I might have had

I booked online and they give me appointment that was wrong, but Dylan sorted my car for that day with no hassle, but could have had a wasted journey otherwise. Maybe take a look at the online service and ask staff about ways to improve this to help them out and not have people showing up double booked.Really good customer service, I got there a little early and Dylan made me feel so welcome hovering me a seat and offering tea/coffee. Dylan sorted my appointment that I got wrong. My appointment was to be there on the 17 April, but Dylan got me in early and sorted my car with in 2 hours.Thank you appreciate it Dylan.

Staff, particularly Mike could not do enough for me. He was very patient as I decided which car to go for.

Appointment easy to make, greeted politely, courtesy car provided when parts weren’t ready, work carried out on time and overall good experience. Rare!The cruise control’ end’ created a new problem, but that is also in progress for getting sorted too.
