I thought it was supposed to be check in on-line so that you could just drop keys off at reception? Yet I was still referred to and had to discuss with service manager. Not sure where the convenience was.Relatively easy to book and service is always good. Though as this is the fourth or fifth time I have had to arrange to get there and drop car off, then return at my convenience to pick car up, it is frustrating. Especially for faults on a new vehicle.

The process was so speedy and painless. Made especially so by David Howe. Care and Consideration shone through.
