David took the time to go through and explain all the paperwork/documentation involved in the buying of the new car and that for the trade-in. It was particularly helpful to not have to worry about the DVLA. He was very good at showing how all the controls worked and even paired up my mobile phone.

Superb customer service from Ben Barnes and Mark at Lookers NCL. Both went above and beyond expectations and I drove away with a brand new top spec juke which has net my budget requirements. I’d highly recommend Nissan Lookers NCL for their personable customer service.
