Gail provided an excellent and quality service. I never felt rushed, even though I do tend to "talk for England"! Everything was explained clearly, with amble time for my questions, most of which had been anticipated anyway. A lovely personal customer service experience, including Mark who was part of my customer service too. Thank you both.
