When using the online booking system, there wasn't an option to select major service, which is what I needed. So I selected items that I thought the major service would do and then got an email back from the dealer to say that I needed to book in for a major service. I replied to the email explaining what I did and they were able to remove the items I had booked and book in for the major service but it would be useful to have minor and major service as options on the online booking system.
