Both Anthony and Jordan were exceptional with there service and email communication and all other staff were welcoming and very vigilant in offering tea coffee and that we were ok while we waited

I appreciated being able to book the service online. It saved a lot of time.Telephoned beforehand. The service was done within a reasonable time.I would have appreciated the car being vacuumed and washed like I’ve had elsewhere; although I was told the wash was unavailable.

I was unable to book a service online despite trying multiple times. When I did, I checked in online but this didn’t appear to work either as I had to repeat the process in person at the branch.I was well looked after by Craig at the Newcastle branch. He was informative and professional and kept me up to date with what was happening.
