Ease of use and that it means the reception process was quick and smooth.As always first class service from arranging the srrvice to picking up the vehicle. On arrival the staff are attentive and Craig Newnan provided clear information about the servicing and ensured car was ready when I needed it. The service plan which I entered into last year worked out well and I am pleased I signed up to it.
