The online check in was excellentThe online booking did not work. I booked a slot and then received an email saying that my chosen slot was not actually available and that another date had been booked for me. I was not free on this date so I had to rebook by phone. It would have been better if only available slots were shown for bookingEverything went very smoothly

We had great service from Jordan 10/10 who was excellent and very helpful, also the gentleman who looks after the garage front forcort who was also a great help to us. Only one thing we really are unhappy about, we were told the car would have a full service, it never got one. The cars last service was just under the 6 months period that the garage say the car did not need servicing, they said it would have got a full service if it had been over the 6 month period. We were not told this at the time we bought the car, we were only told about this after i raised it with the garage the following day after we had picked the car up. I would have raised the service issues with the garage if we had have been told about the car not needing a full service after being told it would get a full service before we bought the car. Would like your comments on this.
