Pleased with the overall service, from reception to Service. However could not "clearly" see the actual detail of the Video received, although I understood the additional work required on my Vehicle. Therefore I requested the "exchanged" items for future reference which was no problem to the staff.Reception staff overall very good. A trainee member of staff was organised, helpful and confident.
