No problem with the booking, but the checking in was confusing as it appeared not to work twice and then, on the next day, I was told I had already checked in!I had no problem on the day of the service/MOT. However, the online checking in was rather confusing as twice it appeared not to work, but when I tried a third time the next day, I was told I had already checked in! The only glitch.

Check in was fine but I was not able to book service online.I was asked to be there for 8:30 but it seemed like a surprise to staff when I arrived! No one was ready to accept my vehicle until 8:45.
