Although there was a misunderstanding probably my fault the service desk arranged work done very promptly.There was a mix up on the appointment but the staff were very keen to get us dealt with which they did. I have seen the video and the reports and everything was absolutely fine. The service reception desk were very helpful.

From walking through the door, reception and with the car sales executive to driving off in the car you were great with respect and a smile. Service from everyone was excellent. Not something you see a lot of these days!

We purchased a Nissan Qashqai hatchback yesterday from Lookers Portland road. We are delighted with the car and the excellent customer service we received from Mike Woods. The overall experience was excellent taking us through all the relevant information on the model and organising drive away insurance. We were assured of good follow up care if we were worried about anything. We have been dealing with lookers for many years and service gets better. Mike Woods made it a very positive experience all round.
