The appointment shown as being available on the website was not available, resulting in 3 week wait.On time, fully informed of vehicle status throughout service. We'll looked after by service staff. Couldn't be faulted. Thanks

I was very pleased with the service from start to finishGot my service done,car picked up and dropped off, great job.Had a video sent to my phone explaining the service from start to finish, very pleased.

Although there was a misunderstanding probably my fault the service desk arranged work done very promptly.There was a mix up on the appointment but the staff were very keen to get us dealt with which they did. I have seen the video and the reports and everything was absolutely fine. The service reception desk were very helpful.

From walking through the door, reception and with the car sales executive to driving off in the car you were great with respect and a smile. Service from everyone was excellent. Not something you see a lot of these days!

I was given a time to bring in my vehicle and a time to collect, all the work was completed. Couldn't ask for more but there was I was escorted to the vehicle on collection by friendly staff. No complaints excellent service.
