I wasn’t able to book online. I could see when there was availability for the service, but as I needed a courtesy car it said to call.Easy to book and staff were always helpful on the phone. I advised what time I needed the car back and the team got it ready on time. In the service video everything was throughly explained. Great option to have a courtesy car.

The most dynamic of all the local Nissan dealers for deals on new Qashqai’s. All the sales staff were very helpful. We dealt with Curtis who provided excellent support. Reception staff were again very helpful and friendly. Overall we were pleased with Lookers Nissan at Newcastle.
