My old car went in for a service, health, check and MOT. I knew that there may be problems and when Kyle contacted me he carefully explained along with the health check video where my old car needed Work to make it roadworthy.I went to the dealership to further discuss what has been found to be wrong with my old car. Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeably Took me through the findings. He sensibly took me through the pros and cons and cost of repairing my old car, I have known for sometime that I would need to renew my vehicle and Kyle kindly explained to me the process of buying a new car as I have never needed to independently buy a car myself in the past.Kyle asked me what budget I may have to purchase a newer vehicle, explained that he had some time and could show me how to look on the Internet for a replacement vehicle.He took the time to find out if there was any specific car I had been thinking about, he then search the lookers website and talked me through his findings.I explained to Kyle that I would be very interested in a Nissan juke that was being held at the Gateshead dealership and he took me through the details of the vehicle and explained the modern technology and safety features. He explained that he was unable to take my interest further as he was not in the sales department but in the service side of the industry however, he organised for me to meet with a sales representative to move the process of buying a new car forward. Was very helpful and demonstrated a willingness to help as well as compassion, as he was aware that I had had my old car for many years. Once the buying process was complete, Kyle was able to provide me with a comparable service plan for my new vehicle moving forward.The sales representative make was also helpful organised for me to view the car and have a test drive, I did find the process of purchasing the vehicle, very straightforward. However, I am old-fashioned and a lot of this was via email and telephone, and the Internet, this process was new to me, however, I was able to speak with Mike face-to-face and have my questions answered I felt reassured by this.My test drive was excellent, and if the car was very comfortable to drive and understand.When I collected my new vehicle, following the purchase, the car was immaculately clean, and I was reassured regarding the recent service, health, check, and MOT.Thank you so much for making this process easy to follow, and for the staff involved, including the lady at reception for being so friendly.

I was seen to by Craig and Callum who were both very helpful. I downgraded by a star because I had to call to check if my car was ready, and because of the final cost which I thought was at the very top end of the rangeGood customer service on the way in and the way out.

I can't find anything to fault or criticise.We specifically chose to have the Juke serviced at Newcastle Nissan where we felt sure would again deliver excellent and friendly service. We were not disappointed.

Dave was very helpful throughout the process of us getting our new car. On collecting our car he had a trainee with him (Ben I want to say) and I couldn’t have been more happy with how they both handled myself and my mother. My mam is fully blind and both of them made our experience with Nissan a good one. My mam made a comment on how kind they were with her. 5* customer service right there!

I didn't get any contact about service and Mot due for the first time in 40yrs!popped into Portland Rd branch to discuss and was able to book, apology accepted (change of system?)
