I really appreciated the phone call reminder to book in for service and MOT and Paul introduced himself in a phone call the day before. Service very friendly and efficient as always. I value the video sent for the car’s health check so you can see for yourself the condition of the underside of the car and the fact that issues are pointed out which could need attention in the future. Keeping the car in a safe and roadworthy condition is in expert hands.

Signing the e-document with a computer mouse is not ideal.The customer service was very good but the overall experience was spoilt by the insane and inadequate customer parking space available, which is the main reason why I stopped going there for services!
