Very easy process. This is the second car we've bought from Lookers Nissan Carlisle. Sincere thanks to Hugo and staff for their professionalism, courtesy, and care. Hugo spent a great deal of time ensuring we understood everything about the process from how the automatic worked to the necessary paperwork.
