Andrew, who was the salesman that was serving us, provided excellent service and really understood our needs and what we were looking for. He promptly simplified our options and was honest throughout. Fantastic experience. We will certainly be back to Lookers Carlisle once our PCP plan has expired. Really happy with the car. This was the first time I’ve bought a vehicle without seeing it first. From first enquiry the team were helpful and communicated by phone or email easily. Despite the distance I would consider Lookers again for future purchases.
