very good service but quote not competitive

Very happy with service received from Jacob re test drive. Initial ‘national’ contact suggested a trade in price for my car would be prepared but this didn’t happen.

My car was in for a service and while I waited I enquired about the Dacia Duster. The outcome was my car serviced and part exchanged it for a Duster. The staff were all so friendly, polite,professional and knowledgeable. Especially Philip with my car servicing, he went explained everything so clearly and Andrew who was excellent with the processes of looking at a new car ,then purchasing and finally the handover. It all went so smoothly.

Very easy process. This is the second car we've bought from Lookers Nissan Carlisle. Sincere thanks to Hugo and staff for their professionalism, courtesy, and care. Hugo spent a great deal of time ensuring we understood everything about the process from how the automatic worked to the necessary paperwork. It was a pleasure to deal with him unlike experiences we have had elsewhere in the past.
