Very pleased with dealership

We were served by Mark Coulson for I think the fourth time and he was as polite and efficient as ever. He is always very helpful and understanding.

The whole experience was good,and driving the manual courtesy car after 15 years with automatic vehicles did much for my memory muscles. A reduction of the service cost against the predicted was very welcome.

From start of discussions to collection of new vehicle Arron was always happy to discuss any issue that i had .If anything maybe your off site marketing team and onsite sales team could be a little more coordinated as i did receive a call from your marketing team once my order for a new vehicle had been placed

Was all set to push the button on a new Renault Zoe but in the end my preference was to wait a while longer as I wasn't comfortable financing a car at this time. Credit to Mark & Kurt @ Carlisle who put together a package tailored to my needs. Unfortunately in the end it wasn't the right time for me to buy. Courteous, Knowledgeable & Professional. A mistake was made, and rectified very promptly. Errors do occur but this one was dealt with very well particularly by the after sales manager Julie
