Absolutely fabulous service from beginning to end had my car serviced, cleaned and returned in under 2 hours. This was especially useful as I have to travel an 80 mile round trip to reach my nearest dealer.

I booked my car in for a winter check online . I only found out there was an issue with the online booking system when it got nearer the day of my car to go into the dealers. I rang Lookers to confirm the date but as it did not register I had to make a new appointment. I was very satisfied with the winter check as it highlighted some issues with my tyres. I received my car in a very clean condition even the carpets in the front had been cleaned and this was done in between Christmas and New Year. The technician was Kieran Hamilton he did an excellent job. Thank you Lookers for this free service it was a nice surprise when I got the invite.

The level of customer care my wife received from Aaron was above and beyond. He kept us fully up to date with everything, which was difficult for him with the shortage of microchips etc for the new cars and Covid to. Aaron is a very likeable young man with excellent product knowledge and a friendly and professional manner , he is a true credit to your company. We also have nothing but praise for all the other members of staff we spoke to either in person or on the telephone, all very pleasant, polite, professional and helpful. All in all an excellent customer experience which made us both feel very valued as customers.
