Only given 3 star because of the problem I had with getting a part for my part ex vehicle. It had been in dealership from mid March this year & no sign of said part at time of change over. I feel Lookers/ Nissan could have done more to rectify the shortage of part & kept service department more up to date., Through no fault of the dealership I lost my confidence in Nissan. I have had 5 of their vehicle's over the years & decided in the end to have a different make. The service I had from the Renault salesman was excellent.
