I was a little disappointed with the valeting because there were a few marks on the car (inside and out). They were easy to wipe off but with it being a new car I expected it to be immaculate. There is also a little scratch on the plastic screen that covers the speed display.

Unable to see the receptionist due to the desk being positioned sideways to the door with a screen that blocked vision. The desk should face the door so that the receptionist can see customers walking in and the customer can see the receptionist.
