Overall experience was great; however, I am taking the vehicle back to have the right speakers fixed which should have been noticed in the original checking of the vehicle before being released to me.

Mark was brilliant he sorted everything out from tax and my retention certificate to sorting my private number plate he was very professional

You could improve your internal communications. I was enquiring about a Dacia , I arranged a test drive via your Dacia Website and got a time day date for it. I was then contacted by a Dacia manager a day later asking if I would like to arrange a test drive . I have actually paid a deposit on a new Dacia Stepway Sandero and am awaiting further contact re delivery date etc.
