While the experience of purchasing remotely worked well there was too much information regarding all the other insurance options available. Down a phone it let like a tick box exercise and way too long to actively listen. Disappointed that when car arrived - at cost of £70 there was a scratch on bonnet and numerous light scratches on passenger door that were not identified during video or conversation. Also slight nick on upholstery on arm rest. Felt attention to detail missing sadly so now I have to source garage get quote to send to u and then get work done! Not exactly ideal when working full time!

happy with the car was expected to be valeted car inside and body cleaned but when i got home and lifted the bonnet it was very dirty black leves and cobwebs i spent 30 minutes cleaning it my husband traveled 4 hours on the tfain to colect the car ee where promised 30 pounds of fuel but when we set off home there was only enough fuel to cover 110 miles in a car that will do 50 plus miles to the gallon there was no way 30 pounds worth of fuel was put in more like 2 gallons 30 pounds would of been enough for the 150 miles back but he had to stop and put anoter 30 pounds in
