Sam went through different options with me in detail. I had my two children with me and he was patient, and stopped when I was talking to them. Sam was very friendly and answered any questions I had. He responded promptly via email also.

The appointment with the agreed salesman was a disaster. However the Nissan salesman who. took over when he could see that we were angry was excellent. The Renault salesman kept us waiting when we had an appointment he greeted us and then disappeared.
