Salesperson was not there when we arrived Car we had booked to test drive was not ready Only offered 30 mins test drive - had 1 hr with other garages It was not very welcoming Hated the interior of the car & was told that’s all we do so take it or leave it!

Car was great and chap I dealt with was nice enough however it was clear interest was lost when I mentioned purchasing the car through nhs. I get there’s commission to make on sales …. But it doesn’t reflect well on Renault as a brand. Treat the customer with patience and respect and always take your time. You never know I might have decided to purchase a car from you in the future but I can definitely say that won’t be the case as I’m now under the impression sales guys just see the wallet and lose all interest in the person. communication was also fine although I was expecting a personalised video of the car I would be test driving but instead received a video just explaining what was happening on the day hence the 4 stars. Otherwise communication was good.

Hi, I unfortunately didn't manage to do a deal at Renault Chester but all the staff were very friendly professional & knowledgeable. A special mention to Carys & John at Renault Chester. If you are looking to buy a Renault & live in the Chester area (or a little further afield) I can highly recommend you speak to Carys or John at Renault Chester.

Very happy with the purchase of a new Trafic crewcab. It was a great price and John dealt with all my queries promptly and ensured a smooth transaction. There was a little issue with a part but this was sorted next day. Would recommend and will use Lookers again when needed
