It took a long time for a call back to agree with a price match for New Tyres that was an advisory, because the price you wanted to charge was very expensive, then to be told you didn't have them in stock this was disappointing. And when we bought the car we were given 10 free MOTS of which I have too bring my paperwork as proof each time, this should be on our file.

Donna and the staff atmlookers chester went above and beyond to ensure a good service was had. Unfortunately distribution and head office caused lots of issues due to lack of communication and where rude and unhelpful. I cannot thank Donna enough atmlookers chester enough
