Darren Davies from my initial enquiry went out of his way to explain the new model even before he had the official release from Renault. His preparation contrary to his counterpart at an other official Renault dealership ensured my business. My dealings throughout with Darren were very professional and was genuinely very helpful and a credit to your team.

We need LESS communication. That is less reminders when the MOT is due. I had texts , emails and numerous phone calls . Then the same again beforehand to remind me of my appointment.
