I have just received my new Renault Capture on motability, from your Chester Branch. What a wonderful experience, from your member of staff Donna Atkinson. She was so friendly and helpful, from start to finish. She listened to everything I said regarding the car. She answered all my questions, and because of her knowledge and experience , she gave me a few tips and advice about how the car performs. I know its her job, but she put's a lot more into it, by updating myself regularly , you can tell she care's.

this is the first car i have bought on my own , as a female i was a bit nervous my enquiry had been allocated to a lady sales person who took all that worry away and made it a nice experience thank you ! the lady was Carys Williams Chester
