I have only had my car for a couple of days, but so far everything has been great. Communication was fantastic, information was clear and my overall buying experience was very positive and straightforward. I was very impressed with the professional and pleasant customer service and the time taken to talk me through everything I needed to know and to be available at times that worked for me.

I have been really disappointed with this car since i bought it 5 months ago, a warning light keeps coming on to tell me to check my injectors. The first time I brought it back they said they could find nothing wrong with it, but it continued to come on frequently, I got back in touch with you and it has just been back in where they said there is a fault and needed a part which has now been delivered but i have to wait another month for it to be fitted. This problem has been going on since the beginning of August when i first contacted you, i then had to wait till 26th for it to be seen, I contacted you again the following week as the problem was still there, I again had to wait for it to go in on the 7th October as I say they then found a problem and it is now due to go back on the 12th November, I find this very disappointing. I am 70 years of age and only changed the car as i wanted something reliable, and trouble free. This is the 5th car I have had from you and I have never been so disappointed as I am with this car, it is turning me into a nervous wreck, every time I go out in it i am afraid I am going to brake down.
