Great dealer ship

The whole process was done remotely, from initial enquiry, through to purchase and delivery. I have to say that it couldn't really have gone any better and my contact at the dealership, Mark Jones, was excellent. Thank you to Lookers, Chester for your great service.

The communication from the dealership did not match the tracking link info that was sent, that made planing my day and pick of the car more difficult as I was using the app and got a call out the blue.

Neil Morris was fantastic with me from start to finish I will be recommending him to friends and family. He’s so genuine and always called me when he said he would. Great guy .

The staff were all very helpful and I felt that the manager (Tom) was really helpful in finding another car as the car that I was initially interested in buying turned out to be sold (sold sign had not yet been put on the car). However, I did feel that once the staff knew that I wouldn't be taking the car out on finance that I wasn't offered anything extra as I would've been if I had taken the car out on finance. I was a little disappointed to find that the petrol warning light was on when I collected the car, the car didn't have any mats in it and the scratch that I had flagged up when viewing the car didn't look much better after being fixed.
