We were very pleased with the service given by Lookers, Chester. We selected a (nearly) new Renault Captur from the web and contacted Lookers directly. Neil Morris dealt with us. From our call on the Sunday to picking up the car two days later he was in regular communication with us and was extremely helpful. We drove up from London to pick up the car which had been prepared in double quick time. Hand over was efficient and smooth, with registration in the show room, £20.00 fuel allowance and a rapid course on how to drive a plug in hybrid. We got the impression that the team in Chester were very keen to make the whole thing easy, especially as we had come all the way from London. Can't recommend them too highly.

The sales person Neil Morris couldn't of been any more helpful if he tried he was a pleasure to deal with wasn't pushy with the sales it was a nice change from other sales people I was just disappointed that I didn't buy the car as I couldn't get comfy due to the lower support on the koleos dash

Excellent service from Neil Morris who provided regular updates and communication throughout the sale. Even with delays Neil did all he could to make me feel at home and ensure everything continued as smoothly as it could with me travelling 2 hours to collect the car
