The salesman Neil Morris was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to make sure we understood everything. At no time was he pushy but seemed to understand what we as individuals needed, we would certainly recommend him to anybody.

I did not request a valeted car to speed up the service but the time taken to hand the carback to me was excessive. The sanitised problem could be speeded up by using manpower from the shop floor. Sales staff sitting around playing with computers as they had no customers
