Dealership dealt with two of the three problems which I had reported but were unable to discover what was causing the third, intermittent, problem as it didn't show on test drives. Other than that, the dealership staff were, as always, very friendly and professional.

After visiting a showroom from another company and the salesman only talking to my partner, despite the fact he has never been behind the wheel in his life, Lookers was a breath of fresh air. Shea was attentive and helpful. He directed his questions to me and it made zero difference to him that I was the one buying the car, my partner even felt like he helped me with my choice

I haven't actually visited the showroom but have been very well looked after by Terry Fleming who has given me lots of helpful advice in a very timely, friendly and professional manner. I am still in the process of trying to purchase my car, just going through the final paperwork.
