I was happy with the dealership but I was given 3 different delivery dates which wasn’t good and it made things rather difficult for me as we had a trauma in the family which meant I couldn’t organise things as I would have liked to do.

An excellent experience. I was a little nervous to purchase the car given my distance from the dealership (250 miles !)... I need not have worried as everything was spot on when I visited. Tayler Matthews was my sales rep - he gave such excellent service throughout.

Unfortunately the same day as purchasing the vehicle the engine management light came on and the vehicle went in to limp mode. It has been taken back in to your workshop since Saturday and I have been given a Reanault Clio demo car to make sure I can still go about my business. Unfortunately these things happen, but your sales and management team have been all over getting this sorted out.
