I like this dealership, although I note the sales team have gone back to wearing suits! (On my first ever visit they did not, and this I found to be a HUGE plus point! But back to this visit, the dealership are doing a robust job of dealing with COVID stuff and still making it all work.

Not sure about service plan offer. My decision to buy a new car was rather sudden and I'd just filled the petrol tank on the trade in. A few litres of petrol in the new car would have been really appreciated.

Can't fault Lookers in anyway. The only complaint I have is with the Service booking on -line. It assumes that you own the vehicle & states pricing. As a Motability customer this is a bit confusing & A section for Motabilty customers should be separate. Customer service is outstanding otherwise.
