Very efficient and effective service and a good protocol dealing with Covid 19. Disappointed that the usual valeting service was not given - perhaps due to staffing issues?

Fantastic as usual. The safety measure put in place for Covid-19 were brilliant. Gentleman who greeted me at the door was an absolute gent with a fabulous smile on his face (sorry didn't get his name). He was there when I returned to pick up my car he was cleaning a car outside. Again his friendly manner was just what I needed. Covid has made returning to any business a bit of a chore, this gentleman reassured me and what an ambassador for your company he was!

Very efficient and friendly staff. Kept informed during the day including the video inspection and the fault was fixed in the day of the service too. All the showroom staff were great and they've got everything working smoothly for social distancing etc.
