Richard, the salesman was amazing. Polite, professional, efficient, informative, patient and not remotely pushy which was perfect, as would have left straight away. Test drove a vehicle with ease and would've definately bought from Lookers but found the right car within my budget elsewhere. It would be my first port of call if looking for a car in the future. Brandon was really helpful throughout the handover was really good. I had the wrong v5 document and i had cancelled my insurance so the next day he drove the car to my home and took the part exchange back to the garage. I have dropped 1 star as i feel the inside of the car has not been cleaned and valeted to a acceptable standard.
