From walking round the forecourt to leaving the next day with my second hand car , I was treated by the staff with total professionalism, I was asked a couple of times about service plans and “scotch guard “treatments etc, which I refused and that was accepted by the salesman without being pressurised, as a result of this I decided to take out a twelve month maintenance and repair plan for my own peace of mind, One very satisfied customer thank you.

Everyone I spoke to from making the initial appointment to Dave in the showroom was really helpful. Unfortunately the vehicle I wanted to see was in the process of being sold but Dave called me quickly to keep me informed and save me a wasted journey. He checked for similar alternatives but when there wasn’t one I was interested in, he offered to keep my details on file and contact me if something came up

The customer service form the Lookers Team was excellent. The ease in which the potential transaction took place was an enjoyable experience. I was amazed at how easy buying a car has become. No hard-sell of finance or warranty options & no reams or paperwork. Although I did have a technical issue on a test drive this was resolved quickly and I was collected. The issue resolved and offered another test drive immediately. Although I did not conclude the purchase on this occasion, I would certainly consider revisiting this sales team again. I dealt with Tayler who is an agreeable young man. Thank you.
