Arranged a test drive in a Renault Austral the experience couldn't of been easier, Shea was very good it helped me to decide that the Austral was going to be my next car I have since ordered the car on PCH hoping to get delivery in May.

Christopher Eggleton was courteous and professional throughout, making this purchase experience a pleasure. Only slight niggle was lookers telephone system which was rather frustrating at times to get through to correct branch contacts. Was cutoff a number of times and transferred to wrong branch.

The whole process of ordering and receiving the car was carried out in a friendly and efficient manner. The only comment I would make is that I personally would have preferred a bit more information regarding the delivery date for the car.
