The sales person that looks after electric cars was friendly and professional The test car was clean when I took my test drive I loved the Zoe ,but because if the world flux in availability Renault had stopped production earlier in the week .I felt it was unwise for me to proceed ,so since have ordered a different car The forecast delivery in September fits in perfectly with the end of my present leased car The sales gentleman did show me a different car that you had on your forecourt So he was more than helpful and tried his best to make a sale The world market place did not make that possibles Not the car and not your establishment

Felt the car should have been serviced before I bought it. The last service was carried out 2 years ago, when pressed your salesman did provide an oil change and a new oil filter, but I still have to get the rest of a service carried out elsewhere. Needless to say the annual service will not be with you. Your salesman Tayler Matthews was very helpful throughout.

I dealt with a couple of sales representative's but overall dealt with Anthony H for the final sale. It was the first ever garage I have used were things have went smoothly and efficiently. My time there I noticed how busy it was so they obviously have a good reputation. Would highly recommend.

The team gave me a good offer . However I have sold my van to a friend for a similar price.

Every employee was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. No old-fashioned sales patter was used. Richard Leggett was outstanding, easy to talk with, relaxed, but also listened carefully and answered any questions directly and patiently. He is a real asset to the operation, and I will request him next time.
