I found the team at the Benfield branch very helpful. I was not impressed with the performance of the person who took my booking. I told him I would bring the vehicle & stay on site while M.O.T. was done, but service reception where under the impression that I would be picking the vehicle up later on in the day as it was not booked for the 10:00 slot as I had requested.

No complaints.

Booking had to be changed as it was made for wrong date. I emailed to report this but no one replied. I eventually rang the call centre and had to wait an extra week for an appointment.

The vehicle is booked in next week for a software update, that will hopefully address the issues I've had with the maps not updating over-the-air. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the dealership and their level of customer service.

Service standards are very good. Took a couple of goes to get booked in due to busy phone lines. However when you do get through no issues. Exceptional service from Chris the driver. Requested him after a similar experience a year ago. Considering the number if people he deals with it amazes me that he still remembers parking arrangements and the ideal collection time to fit in with the school run. Gives you complete confidence when handing over your car. Massive asset for Lookers! Well done.
