I already have service plan. Whilst I did not receive video update I was impressed with communication and polite manner which staff dealt with me. Tracking system very good.

We dealt with Tayler Matthews and will have to compliment him as he made the experience of buying a new car from yourselves completely stress free. Only one down side was we agreed on a full tank of petrol which wasn't delivered on when we picked up the car, my understanding is that we can call in when passing, but we live in Durham so this is a bit of a trek.
