Tayler at Lookers Newcastle was brilliant so helpful provided loads of information and helped in every way. We didn't buy a car just yet but will be back in June to have another look, that wasn't a reflection on Lookers but more our finance.

Picked up and dropped off v efficiently by pleasant driver

Only 1 comment dropped car off at 9.15 and told to pick it up at 4 if I didn’t hear from the garage. So made arrangements for the day after shopping nearby until bout 12 just got all the way home and got call to say it was ready. I think a more precise time could be given when car dropped off.

The original warranty for 3 years concluded on 3 12 21 I enquired about an MOT and was told a 12 month MOT would be made ready. Having checked the paperwork it's not there. Sent an e mail to Shea, he was not at work but invited me to contact Dave Foster which I did in the morning of today at 1700 writing this have had no reply. Have just found the reply sent by Dave at 1024 for the last remark my sincere apology

Happy with service and the staff were pleasant and helpful (Renault Dacia Newcastle),slightly misled on car description though as it stated online car had bluetooth as a feature but was actually never part of the cars make up so slightly disappointed that the feature wasn't present....other than that I'd still recommend

Tayler was very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding our needs and we ended up with the ideal vehicle and deal which we are very happy about.
