It was a pity that I wasn't able to complete the finance agreement online as this would have saved time for both the sales executive and myslf.

Extremely prompt to respond to correspondence and answer any queries. Excellent job - didn't feel pressured but definitely felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. The exact way sales like this should be handled.

I was told on the phone when I booked my service that my car would be sanitised and washed, can’t see that any sanitisation was done and my car had definitely not washed. Reported that Eco button was not working and the car will have to be taken back in for repair when button is in stock. Also reported that the button you press to get into the storage ducket on the dash the plastic is peeling away, I was told that they cannot do anything about this, no idea why this has happened as nothing has been ever been stuck or put on the button (hence it’s a button to open the ducket) but it’s looks a mess. No video received from inspection either.
