I have previously bought a Nissan Qashqai from Nissan branch in Newcastle, good service, no hassle, very professional. When I enquired about a Chevrolet Cruze at Renault Newcastle, very good experience and placed a refundable deposit pending a test drive. I found out that this model was difficult to source parts for, and any recall work would have to be done in Edinburgh, so changed my mind on purchase. I contacted the staff member concerned and asked for my refund of deposit, and over a week later, no refund. Contacted the branch by phone yesterday, nothing back as yet, this is working day 8 since refund request, I would hate to think this aspect would blight two good experiences with Lookers!

Curtesy car , I had to ask for it to be cleaned in the front NS and OS carpets covered with chipping ! This dose not reflect well on your company , When you get a car of you it should be clean at the very least , Outside could have done with a wash as well But the inside shouldn’t have to be cleaned , not on request of the customer that is not on. You’re staff are very good friendly and polite , But what makes the bigger impression is the car you received as a curtsy car when requested
